Hey, I'm Heather! I'm a graduate of Western Michigan University and have a tremendous passion for health, nutrition, & fitness. I love helping women & mothers recognize & achieve changes they want to make for themselves to have a healthier & happier future.
When I became a mom in 2014, the days started to move in super speed. I needed to find ways to fit in quick workouts while eating & sustaining a healthy lifestyle for my family. I was working a full time job & taking care of a new human, so I needed to find meals that I could prep ahead of time & workouts that I could realistically manage with my schedule. I decided I wanted to not only help women with their nutrition & lifestyle goals but design fitness programs specifically for working mothers!
WORKOUTS
My workout programs are designed around the idea of we are all very busy women juggling a lot of things at one time. We need a program that we can crush with a lot of intensity in a short amount of time. My workouts range from 20-30 minutes & consist of circuit, HIIT, resistance, & interval styles.
HEALTH & NUTRITION
I believe in eating whole, unprocessed foods from the earth. I focus on nourishing the body with the best fruits, vegetables, grains & proteins that mother nature provides. I don’t believe in restrictive diets - instead, I focus on creating meals & fitness routines that you can sustain throughout your entire life. I will teach you what macronutrients are & how we can customize them to fit your specific goals. While following a macros lifestyle, you'll still able to enjoy your favorite foods (which is what life is all about!)
