Egg Cups

These are quick and easy to make and you can prepare a lot of them ahead of time and freeze for later use. I like making these on a Sunday, so when I am pressed for time getting my son ready in the morning during the week, I know I have these healthy egg cups on hand to warm up and serve immediately.


INGREDIENTS

Eggs or Egg Whites

Options to add: Vegetables ANY will work Black bean Turkey bacon Topping/Preparing Options: Avocado Low fat cheese Homemade salsa Whole wheat wrap Ezekiel english muffin


DIRECTIONS

Pour in muffin pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. I make enough for the whole week and heat them up each morning.
